Scott and Laura Kemp, Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate agents, are a Missouri-based dynamic duo that make moving into a new home a breeze!
Scott and Laura purchased a van with the intent of loaning it to their clients, helping them move their belongings into their new homes. The van needed to showcase their desire to help their clients in any way possible. This van would also serve as a mobile billboard to promote their business.
Being Saint Louis locals, Scott and Laura wanted to feature Saint Louis iconic landmarks and icons as if they were trinkets being moved into their new home. Showcasing these items would keep potential clients engaged with looking at their vehicle as they are sitting in traffic.
Aligned with color scheme, but felt the shape options weren't quite right. They need something more intriguing than Option A but less busy than Option B. They liked the curves of Option A and the color palette or Option B. They requested the addition of a house and/or roof and a "5 star rated" graphic on the sides.
Scott and Laura scheduled a photoshoot with their photographer to retake their portrait along with stage some photos for the back of the van. The original portraits provided would not work at full size and cut off parts of the body in a way that would clash in the design. They also wanted to include one of their yard signs, which was photographed in house and incorporated.
As the sides of the van are being finalized, it was determined that portraits and new photos for the back would need to be taken in house, as the original photographers photos were not working for the design. The client provided a list of Saint Louis themed items they wanted to incorporate as much as possible to the back of the van.
Aligned with the recommendation for the back of the van. Option B chosen with some modifications to the additional elements in the graphic.
