EPOCH is a locally owned home improvement company in St. Louis, MO. Through the years they have developed relationships with supply vendors, insurance companies, and most importantly, their customers. These relationships developed into friendships that gave them repeat business and "word of mouth advertising". They pride themselves on quality, honesty, and communication. Facilitating and completing one project at a time, allows them to provide their clients with their undivided attention and constant communication, leading to excellent customer service.
EPOCH's unique qualities, such as individual attention, helped guide the creation of the company's identity. The individual approach to their business required a name/logo that was inviting and trusting to their current and future clientele. EPOCH wanted to reach clients of a middle class income with home values ranging from $150-$500K. With that in mind, a clean and simple logo style was chosen to appeal to a wide range of individuals.
